Dan has over 30 years of extensive real estate experience. He is a founding member of the National Council of Exchangors and has taught on their membership program. He has also taught “Real Estate Investment” at Valley College ( San Bernardino).
In more recent years Dan has specialized in Commercial property, and is designated as an Equity Marketing specialist. One his proudest boasts is to be listed in the Who’s Who of Creative Real Estate.
Patricia has over 30 years of extensive real estate experience. Married to Dan Trunko, between them they are able to offer assistance and guidance on all details of the Real Estate process.
